What is a guaranteed reservation? What are its advantages?

Answer:

In case of guaranteed reservation you are absolutely sure in the firmness of your reservation conditions, whereas in case of usual reservation there can be situations when you can be offered a room of other category - not the type you reserved. The reservation guarantee can be a credit card or cashless/cash advance payment.

What circumstances are considered reasonable to refuse from the penalty paying for the late cancellation or no-show?

Answer:

Such reasons are natural disasters and other force majeure circumstances. For example, in case of delay or cancelationl of your flight at the airport, the airline must give you a note of an appropriate event. Such note is a reasonable ground not to pay the penalty.

For what term can I cancel my request or change the time/date of arrival?

Answer:

You can cancel the request confirmed by us or change the time/date of arrival 24 hours prior to the arrival date. In case you are not able to do it in the term stated, without reasonable excuse, the hotel will charge the cost of one night as a penalty.

What is reservation number and what is the purpose of it?

Answer:

Reservation number is given by reservation team while confirming the booking request. Please use this number while checking-in at the hotel for the quickest identification of your reservation by the reception employees.
