There are 2 types of bookings at our hotel: guaranteed booking and non-guaranteed booking.
Guaranteed bookings are normally used during the business week (Monday-Thursday) and during periods of high occupancy at the hotel. This type of booking assumes that the hotel guarantees the availability of a room until 23:59 of the day of arrival. The booking guarantee can be provided using the following methods: a credit card preauthorization, payment by wire transfer or a cash deposit (paid in advance). The easiest and probably the most convenient way for a guest to guarantee a booking is to use our online-reservation engine, which offers a secure connection and guarantees personal data privacy and security.
A guaranteed bookingcancellation should be made no later than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge. In case of a late cancellation (later than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival), or in case of a no-show, the hotel has the right to charge a penalty for the amount of the first night's accommodation. This rule is not applied to Special Offers, which have a non-refundable clause, or to group bookings, which have a special conditions in each case.
Non-guaranteed bookings are normally used during weekends (Friday-Sunday), for national holidays or for periods of low occupancy at the hotel. In that case a reservation can be confirmed without prepayment, preauthorization or a deposit.
